We collect account details such as your name and email address, subscription and payment status, product usage, and the text you submit when you use Unrobot. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by Unrobot.

We use this information to authenticate your account, provide rewrites, enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, troubleshoot the service, and understand how Unrobot can be improved.

Text submitted for humanization is processed to generate your result. Do not submit confidential, regulated, or sensitive personal information. We do not sell your drafts or use them for advertising.

We rely on trusted providers for authentication, payments, hosting, analytics, and AI processing. They receive only the data required to perform those services and operate under their own privacy and security obligations.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information by emailing [email protected]. We may retain records when required for security, fraud prevention, billing, or legal compliance.
